Blue Scrum Project Management
The classic project management style is changing to an agile one. The Scrum Framework is one of the leading techniques to do so and on its way to an industry standard. Although, if you have a look at it from the project managers point of view first of all you get a development process model. Important parts and roles are missing to describe a full-blown agile project management. Some thoughts about extending the Scrum framework with parts from the IPMA standard in preparation for the Scrum Blue Book – A Blueprint for an IT Project Management based on the Scrum Framework.

Management Associate (IPMA Level D) and co-founder of openPM.
