ICEfaces is listed on Ohloh. They deliver some stats about the project.
Ohloh is a kind of social network for Open Source projects. It catches new projects from Google Code and others automatically. If you have an Open Source Project you can get an account and re-edit your project. I did this with ICEfusion.

Some calculated facts:
I don’t know if this information is really valuable. Most interesting is “Decreasing year-over-year development activity”. I don’t know what they are calculating, but the number of releases, bug fixes and new features over the last years tells me something different. You may also recognize that those guys love the GPL
